About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our team at Reckitt. As an HR Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Team and providing hands-on support in specific functions within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare HR documents and correspondence
  • Support the Global Payroll team by transferring information, documents, and local inquiries for payroll preparation and payment
  • Processing reports
  • Dealing with day-to-day HR queries and advising in line with the current policies and procedures
  • Other ad hoc duties as required by the HR department, including participation in project work
  • Support in the different procedures of the designed training plan for the organization
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Psychology, Labour Relations, Business Administration or similar
  • A high English level
  • Results-oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
  • Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a team
