About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our team at Mygwork. As an HR Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function and providing hands-on support in specific areas such as People Operations and Training.

Key Responsibilities
  1. People Operations
    • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documents and records
    • Support the Global Payroll team by transferring information, documents, and local inquiries for payroll preparation and payment
    • Process and analyze HR reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to day-to-day HR queries and concerns
    • Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required by the HR department, including participation in project work
  2. Training
    • Support the development and implementation of training plans and programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
    • Coordinate and manage training events, including logistics and communication with participants
Requirements
  • Degree in Psychology, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
  • High English language proficiency
  • Results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated individual
  • Tenacious and resilient, with a drive to achieve results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
