Funciones:
En este rol generalista, podrás ver diferentes áreas de Recursos Humanos y brindar una visión integral del sector.
Apoyar en los procesos de recruitment end to end, estandarizar las Job descriptions y gestionar el programa de selección y formación.
Procesos de Hiring y dar soporte en el Onboarding de los nuevos miembros del equipo, ayudando a crear una experiencia positiva desde el primer día.
Soporte en la gestión de los sistemas de información de Recursos Humanos, lo que permitirá que te familiarices con herramientas clave del sector.
Oportunidad de gestionar el programa de trainees global, contribuyendo al desarrollo de futuros profesionales.
Desarrollar y preparar presentaciones para proyectos clave y participar en proyectos importantes donde se valorarán tus ideas.
Requisitos:
Formación de Postgrado/ Máster en Recursos Humanos.
Disponibilidad para incorporación a jornada completa.
Nivel alto de inglés.
Valorable experiencia previa en el departamento.
Manejo alto de Paquete Office.
Buscamos personas proactivas, con capacidad resolutiva, ganas de aprender y actitud positiva.
