About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our team at Reckitt, a leading global company in the hygiene, health, and nutrition industry. As an HR Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Team and providing hands-on support in specific functions within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  1. People Operations
    • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documents and correspondence.
    • Support the Global Payroll team by transferring information, documents, and local inquiries for payroll preparation and payment.
    • Process reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to day-to-day HR queries and advising in line with current policies and procedures.
    • Assist with other ad hoc duties as required by the HR department, including participation in project work.
  2. Training
    • Support the design and implementation of training plans for the organization, ensuring that trainings are delivered on time and to the required standard.
    • Manage the logistics of training events, including venue booking, catering, and equipment.
Requirements
  • Degree in Psychology, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • High English language proficiency.
  • Results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated individual.
  • Tenacious and resilient, with the ability to achieve results even in challenging situations.
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
