About the Role

We are seeking an HR Trainee to join our team at Reckitt Benckiser Llc. As an HR Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function and providing hands-on support in specific areas such as People Operations & Training.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare HR documents and correspondence
  • Support the Global Payroll team by transferring information, documents, and local inquiries for payroll preparation and payment
  • Deal with day-to-day HR queries and advise in line with the current policies and procedures
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required by the HR department, including participation in project work
  • Support in the different procedures of the designed training plan for the organization: ensure the trainings take place at the right moment, contact with providers, manage FORCEM, agendas, event facilities, etc.

Requirements

  • Degree in Psychology, Labour Relations, Business Administration or similar
  • High English level required
  • Results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivating
  • Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a team
