About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Transformation Lead to join our team at Linde Material Handling Ibérica, S.A.U. as a key partner in our company's strategic transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of HR-related projects in Iberia, collaborating with HRBPs, HR Department, and Managers.
  • Develop and implement internal communications to support the project and cultural change, in collaboration with the Marketing department.
  • Advise on relevant topics to facilitate the efficiency, timeline, and quality of the project.
Requirements
  • Preference: degree in Business Management, Engineering, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Previous experience of +4 years in a similar position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and convince.
  • Delivery-oriented, with good analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Organized, structured, energetic, and open-minded person, with a mindset facilitator & leader, team player, and people-oriented approach.
