Job Description:
The HPV Brand and Customer Manager is a member of the Vaccines Marketing team, reporting directly to the marketing director, who will:
- Develop brand strategy, based on ecosystem understanding, customer segmentation and priorities
- Represent country customer and brand needs on internal local and global crossfunctional teams
- Through a focus on customers and on implementation, maximize sales for the Brand in the country

Job Description highlight:
Franchise Brand Strategy Development:
- Together with the HPV Associate Director, responsible of the development of the marketing strategy and plan for all the key stakeholders involved in the Vaccines ecosystem.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional team members to successfully navigate the internal and external environments and deliver value to our customers.
- Foster collaboration with the Global Marketing Team with regular catch ups to share local needs and achievements and get Global Team support.
- Forecasting/Planning of sales forecast and investments
- Following the L3 Commercial Excellence Framework, manage and deliver the brand plan by customer segment with a robust digital marketing mindset.
Customer engagement and Implementation:
- Implement Marketing Strategy and omnichannel Branded and unbranded programs
- Responsible for managing the relationship with a Public Health; Scientific Societies and private key accounts by ensuring excellence in the internal execution of existing programs and/or the implementation of new programs
- Work closely with sales and access team to gather customer inghts through periodic customer engagement
- Collaborate with Digital marketing manager for digital content, data and analytics design and tracking
- Develop Omnichannel Scientific Leaders plans and interact with SLs
- Attend Scientific Congresses with SLs
- Develop local speakers plans and organize local speaker engagements
- Full ownership of maximizing HCC activation, through the development, execution and tracking of the different campaigns & programs, considering an omnichannel approach, improving customer engagement and experience.
- Think bold with curiosity to reach consumers in innovative ways and meaningful messages for activation
- Innovate with new partnerships, channels and contents meaningful for the consumers
- Manage compaigns in an integrated way to maximize impact in the ecosystem (public and private)
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required
Required:
- BA/BS.
- Minimum of 35 years either in Pharmaceutical-Biotech industry
or business consulting
or FMCG. Examples of backgrounds could include strategy, marketing, sales, medical affairs, access, finance. - Strong understanding of foundational marketing strategy
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Strong project management skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- Strong and demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrates high degree of integrity and ethics
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Innovative thinking & habit of continuous studying
- Fluent English
Desirable
- Postgraduate degree (MBA or similar highly valuable)
- Business consulting
- Vaccines business experience
- Experience in or working with sales organizations
