Our Oncology division is dedicated to delivering breakthrough innovations that extend and improve the lives of cancer patients worldwide.

Our Oncology Business Unit in Spain is recruiting a Brand & Customer Manager with focus on Breast and Gynecological malignances within Women ́s Cancer Franchise, reporting directly to a Marketing Associate Director.

As a Women ́s Cancer Brand & Customer Manager in Oncology, you will be responsible for defining and implementing market specific priorities, operational excellence, and customer engagement plans by developing, leading, and influencing the execution of the brand strategy before, under and after product launches in close collaboration with cross-functional team (Medical Affairs, Market Access, Outcomes Research, Comunication, Digital team, and other functions) in an agile setting.


The incumbent will engage with main societies, scientific leaders and other external key stakeholders in women ́s cancer area and will be critical role in establishing our company ́s position as a leading oncology company.


Main roles & responsibilities

Brand Strategy Development:

  • Support global & regional business opportunities through appropriate local marketing development
  • Collection of Customer needs, insight and drivers/barriers to understand customer perspective and to develop solutions which best meet customer needs to help improve patient outcomes.
  • Development of local segmentation and determine segmentation strategy based on input from all groups interacting with customers.
  • Daytoday management of promotional budget to optimize effectiveness and efficiency within compliance standards.
  • Collaborate and work with cross functional team in Agile methodology
  • Lead local Brand Committees
  • Conduct all activities in compliance with company policies and standards, and with the country Code of Practice

Implementation:

  • Implement Marketing Strategy and multichannel Branded programs
  • Content creation/adaptation and management though multiple platforms/timings
  • Participate in Field Visits and Regional Sales rep meetings
  • Metrics tracking

Customer engagement & HCP Education

  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Scientific Leaders and main Oncology Societies in women ́s cancer area.
  • Develop Scientific Leaders plans and interact with Scientific Leaders
  • Attend Scientific Congresses with Scientific Leaders
  • Develop local speakers and organization of local speaker engagements
  • Participate in Local/National Ad Boards

Education & experience
Required

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Strong experience (minimum of 2 years) in oncology customer and brand management within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
Preferred

  • Medical/pharmaceutical/biotechnological knowledge & MSc, PhD, and/or MBA strongly preferred
  • Breast and gynecological area marketing experience
  • Promotion experience including cocreating innovative solutions to meet customer needs and developing Brand plans to support Business Objectives
  • Project management experience: being capable of leading strategies with multiple stakeholders within a budget
