He/She will be responsible for marketing the vaping brand in Spain (EVP Tier 1). He/she will be responsible for the development of brand image, its brand guideline and all product launches and portfolio extensions.

He/She will be responsible for marketing the vaping brand in Spain (EVP Tier 1). He/she will be responsible for the development of brand image, its brand guideline and all product launches and portfolio extensions.

Reporting to the BU Director the professional will:

Create Portfolio Brand Objectives, Targets, Equity & Strategy within the Establish the portfolio brand baseline performance. Define expected investment profile and timelines. Ensure timelines are in place to monitor progress against objectives and targets.Develop Portfolio Brand Activation. Based on the defined portfolio brand equity strategy and agreed initiatives, select the purpose of the activation & define the campaign details.Establish potential product gaps, redundancies or opportunities to define the portfolio brand product portfolio strategy.Oversee and assist in the creation of all channel and online materials so that they speak and breathe the brand image.Align with the brand central office (Category and Region) in regular basis objectives, strategy & marketing campaigns throughout the fiscal year.Establish and maintain continuous relationships with Region and Category Fully analyse and understand the competitive environment of theCoordinate launches and portfolio extensions according to the needs of the Working and creating together with Region and Category stakeholders all related to names, packagins, flavours, etc...Work closely with sales, digital and trade staff to conceptualise marketing campaigns andUnderstand the company's vision, mission, objectives, products and services to represent the voice and personality of the brand at various events.Inform customers, retailers and distributors about our Monitor customer feedback and escalate complaints. Track customer preferences, metrics and media campaigns.Educate internal and external stakeholders about the brand and its image andRepresent the brand at product launches, events and tradeContribute ideas and participate in training courses andMaintain a positive brand image at allHe/she will be responsible for internal and external brand communications. ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? 7 years of relevant experience as Product/brand Manager in a relevant FMCG companyDegree / Marketing post degree courses or MBA desirable.English: Very High.Marketing fundamentals.Research tools.Legal frameworkManage Microsoft Office (Very high in PPT and Excel).Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills (proactive, enthusiastic, multitasking, flexible, creative & innovative).Ability to manage projects in an efficient and effective way at international environment.Analytical and results driven orientedResults OrientationTeamwork & CooperationExcellenceChange Management & FlexibilityInnovationCustomer orientationCommitmentProactivityImpact & InfluenceAnalytical thinkingPositive contribution to the development of the marketing strategies and plans of the brand(s) in charge.Successful implementation of Marketing plans assigned.Fulfilment of assignments on projects assigned. ¿Cuáles son tus beneficios? 55-60K fixed salary + 10% bonusTelecommuting with a 3 office-2 home split, offering great flexibility.€12.56 restaurant vouchers compensation for each day spent in the office26 business days of vacation plus December 24th and 31st.Birthday treated as a holiday if extra hours are accumulated.Private medical insurance coverage.Physiotherapy available with a €12 copay for a half-hour session.On-site medical services, including a doctor and nurse.
