Misión:

Gestionar el desarrollo e implementación del Plan de Marketing, conforme a las directrices marcadas por el MK Lead y Global, con el fin de optimizar el impacto en el mercado y ofrecer a los pacientes el máximo valor del producto.


  • Planificación Estratégica
Liderar el Brand Team, colaborando con todos los departamentos implicados para la elaboración del Brand Plan.

Asegurar el éxito de la marca bajo su responsabilidad a través de un excelente conocimiento del producto/área de referencia, una adecuada generación de insights, y un desarrollo de estrategias para abordar las oportunidades del mercado /producto.

Analizar el entorno y la competencia para asegurar el liderazgo de AZ en el mercado de referencia.
Definir la estrategia y el plan operacional del producto (Brand Plan), y coordinar la gestión e implementación del mismo.

Ser nexo de referencia para los equipos internacionales de la marca, proveyendo a los equipos globales de inputs locales para maximizar la estrategia de marca.

Confeccionar la previsión de ventas y de recursos durante el ciclo de vida del producto, para guiar los niveles de inversión necesarios para la marca.


  • Implementación

Realizar la implementación y el seguimiento del Brand Plan, en coordinación con el Brand Team, identificando desviaciones frente a lo planificado y proponiendo planes de contingencia.

Analizar la evolución del producto en base a los estudios de mercado, y a la monitorización de las actividades y ventas de la marca, proponiendo junto al Brand Team acciones de mejora, en su caso.

Planificar, identificar y elaborar los materiales de soporte promocionales del producto alineados con la estrategia.
Gestionar y controlar el presupuesto asignado de la marca.
Garantizar que el plan de acceso queda integrado en el Brand Plan.
Formar al equipo comercial en la estrategia de marketing y mensajes clave, junto con el Departamento Médico.
Organizar y/o participar en los diferentes eventos científicos del producto, asegurando que el posicionamiento está alineado con la estrategia.

  • Gestión de clientes
Ser interlocutor de los KEE's nacionales e internacionales, así como de las sociedades nacionales de su área terapéutica.

Identificar los clientes clave para la marca y diseñar la estrategia de segmentación y targeting de clientes junto con el Brand Team, realizando el análisis y seguimiento del Call Plan.

Ser la persona de referencia de la marca para los equipos comerciales, asegurando un feedback continuo del campo y de la implementación de la estrategia y actividades comerciales.

Proyectar, en su relación con clientes internos o externos, la imagen y valores corporativos de AZ.

Garantizar que todas las actividades relacionadas con su puesto de trabajo cumplen con la normativa externa e interna aplicable (políticas, procedimientos, estándares, directrices y código de conducta).

Experiencia de 5 años en la industria farmacéutica como Brand Manager.
