Position Summary:

As the Brand Manager at the company, you will play a crucial role in driving the brand initiatives and ensure that the company and its products are associated with the right message.

You will be responsible for developing and executing brand campaigns, managing brand assets, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.

This position requires a creative and organized individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage projects, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

The marketing campaigns you oversee will not only drive customer engagement but will further define their brand's reputation and image in relation to the market.

They are looking for an experienced marketeer, with a hands-on attitude and a knack for details.

You will work on driving the marketing strategy and brand guidelines for all lines of business and ensure brand messaging is clear.

You will work with marketing business partners within each line of business to ensure consistent brand messaging and coherence under the company business.


Main Responsibility Areas:

  • Develop an auditable streamlined agile and standards-compliant Marketing process (based on buyers' journey & personas) and delivery team (with digital marketing & content creation skills) using internal staff and external partners to meet skills and capacity requirements.
  • Calibrate marketing investment (staff, content, trade shows, PR, partners, tools), to sustain a Marketing Ratio of 0.1.
  • Provide sales (RFP's, proposals, QBR's) support.
  • Provide quarterly analysis of ongoing marketing performance (ROMI, pipeline growth, pipeline coverage, MQL/SQL conversion rates, other).
  • Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns and events (tradeshows and internal events) to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing squad to create compelling brand messaging and ensure consistent brand communication across all lines of business.
  • Manage and maintain brand assets, including brand guidelines, visual assets, tone of voice, ensuring consistency in all marketing materials and communications (such as company website, social media channels, IRs and PRs etc.).
  • Collaborate with the marketing squad to gain market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, track market trends, and provide actionable insights to automate and optimize brand initiatives
  • Project manage brand-related initiatives and events, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely execution and delivery.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including product management and sales, to align brand initiatives with business objectives and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand management and B2B marketing.
  • Establish and maintain brand budgets

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • 2-3 years of experience in SEO Content Marketing, experience in B2B SaaS companies.
  • Strong understanding of brand development, brand positioning, and brand messaging.
  • Native English speaker with Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful internal and external marketing campaigns.
  • Comfortable in market research and analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments.
