About the Role

As a Brand Marketing Manager at Inspired, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing plans for our schools in your region. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires collaboration with various departments to drive enrolment and improve student retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans for each school, including offline, digital, brand, and PR channels.
  • Provide key data and insights on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to the Senior Brand Manager, local CEO, and Head of Marketing.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of brand campaigns by collaborating closely with the central Marketing team, particularly the Digital team and Creative Studio.
  • Research and analyze market data to understand the target audience and the best ways to reach them through various media channels.
  • Monitor media trends and keep the marketing team up to date on industry innovation.
  • Support schools with their Retention Programs.
  • Oversee brand guidelines and ensure adherence to maintain brand integrity in all communications and materials.
  • Ensure effective brand communication both internally and externally across all schools in the portfolio to reinforce brand values and mission.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop marketing content and promotional materials that align with brand messaging.
  • Manage the website and digital platforms, serving as the main contact with the Head of School and Admission team for any collateral or website changes.
  • Build strategic relationships with external stakeholders and media partners, focusing on press management and leading best-in-class outdoor and offline media buying.
Requirements
  • Proficient in both English and Spanish.
  • Between 2-3 years of experience executing marketing plans, ideally in a multi-national marketing environment.
  • A willingness to learn and great attention to detail.
  • Customer-oriented, with a focus on delivering excellence to both internal and external clients.
  • Versatile marketer comfortable managing both operational and strategic tasks, with a hands-on approach to tackle various challenges and the ability to work independently without micromanagement.
  • Critical thinking skills - the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office tools – especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing plans.
  • Data-driven decision approach.
  • Outstanding organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to conform to strict deadline-oriented projects and work well in fast-paced environments.
