About the Role

As a Brand Manager at Diageo, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our tequila brands, with a focus on Casamigos. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that meet consumer, customer, and shopper insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement brand strategies that drive growth and profitability
  • Lead cross-agency teams to define and execute new models of growth for Casamigos
  • Collaborate with the Culture & Entertainment function to find and build the role the brand plays in culture
  • Develop media strategies and plans for the brand across SE countries
  • Shape the brand to thrive in a digital environment and develop long-term digital strategy & social media plans
  • Lead the shadow P&L for the brands across the markets and understand and respond to the drivers of brand performance
  • Translate strategies into thoughtfully implemented plans that consistently beat the competition and gain share
  • Effectively run the M&E processes to learn and course correct plans
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Existing capability to build meaningful relationships built on mutual trust and respect
  • Successful management of senior partners, resulting in strong and positive outcomes
  • Holistic skills across various marketing growth drivers as well as a reputation of delivering ground-breaking business results
  • Comfort with dealing with ambiguity, complexity, and working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and matrixed environment
  • Demonstrated brilliant execution to high standards across various pillars of brand building
  • Strong commercial and numerical acumen with attention to detail
  • Previous experience in luxury brands would be a nice to have
