About the job


The core of your role as a Global Business Development Manager (GBDM) will be to co-develop, lead and implement the strategy for IOMED's expansion into new countries focused on hospitals, pharma companies and other relevant customers.

The GBDM will also be responsible to establish the strategic relationships within new countries to define business opportunities and customize the deployment path.

Finally, the position will also bring the insights to build the teams for new countries and ensure the appropriate handover in a timely manner.

About you


You will be working in a very dynamic environment, which means that you must have a strong problem-solving ability, organization skills, and be proactive.

Additionally, we are looking for someone with international expertise and with a proven track record of implementing innovative technological solutions in the healthcare industry, and a talent for establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

It's also crucial to have travel availability of more than 50% of the work time.


In terms of personality, we are looking for someone who enjoys working in a wide range of areas and adapts quickly to new situations.

It is also crucial to master in communications and have excellent negotiation skills.

Tareas

Task

Define and execute strategies & plans to deploy IOMED in new countries for hospitals & final customers.

  • Analyze market opportunities across countries to define priorities. Risk identification and opportunities maximization in the markets to establish the appropriate plans.
  • Identify and segment key stakeholders to define and handover plans once the country is operational.
  • Collaborate with the tech and development team to identify the best go to market models
  • Build trusted relationships with healthcare industry leaders, at hospital level and also with pharma companies or other customers identified (strategic partners and external vendors).
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requisitos:

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in business and/or healthcare sciences, engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry and knowledge of current and future market trends.
  • Strong and proven strategic & planning background and skills
  • International experience (mainly Europe)
  • Ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with strategic partners
  • Proficient communication skills with clients, coworkers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, constantly changing work environment.
  • Proficiency in English speaking, Spanish and other languages are a plus.
