About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to lead our global inbound and outbound business development strategy and execution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for inbound and outbound business development, leveraging data-driven insights to refine outreach strategies and improve team performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), ensuring they have the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed.
  • Regularly monitor and report on key performance metrics, using dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development processes and strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in running high-volume, high-velocity sales environments with a focus on Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) and Mid-market clients.
  • Strong leadership and coaching qualities, with the ability to help SDRs become top performers in a short period.
  • High-energy, impact-oriented professional with a passion for continuous improvement and a drive to hit performance targets.
  • Strong sales player with a great understanding of how to implement and ensure the execution of processes that allow the team and total pipeline numbers to scale rapidly.
