Esta es tu oportunidad de dar el siguiente paso como Sales Executive en nuestras oficinas corporativas.


Tu misión será apoyar al departamento comercial en la contratación, mantenimiento y actualización de las diferentes cuentas, que permitan la correcta distribución de todos los productos de PHG en la Tour Operación tanto estática como dinámica en los mercados europeos.


NECESITAMOS QUE TENGAS NIVEL ALTO DE ALEMÁN
Tus principales tareas serán;

  • Apoyo en la contratación FIT de los hoteles en Caribe + Europa, lo cual incluye: crear plantillas, duplicar contratos, revisar las versiones de los TTOO con versión propia, actualizar el estado de contratación en sistema (Secnet) y archivar los contratos firmados
  • Apoyo en la contratación XML y comunicación constante con el departamento de Conectividades, quienes llevan el día a día
  • Carga de ofertas tácticas en Secnet (mensual y esporádicamente) Caribe + Europa
  • Colección de datos para la creación de un cliente nuevo en Secnet y actualización constante / mantenimiento de personas de contacto / direcciones de correos de todas las cuentas del mercado
  • Carga de tarifas en la extranet de ciertos partners
  • Envío de comunicados, actualizaciones, addendums a los partners
  • Asistencia a ferias internacionales como WTM, ITB, Fitur
  • Apoyo en la organización de Fam Trips, conferencias, roadshows, Palladium Nights, eventos varios
  • Coordinación y acompañamiento de site inspections
  • Edición y creación de presentaciones en Power Point
  • Junto con el departamento de Marketing asegurarse de que los sitios web de nuestros partners siempre se encuentren actualizados en términos de información / imágenes
  • Junto con los departamentos de Revenue / Reservas revisar peticiones ad hoc
  • Viajes ocasionales para cubrir eventos, Fam Trips, etc.
  • Revisar ventas en Secnet BI diaria, semanal, mensualmente

Requisitos:

2 años de experiência en puestos similares

Conocimientos avanzados de Microsoft Office

Nível de inglés y
alemán alto (oral y escrito)
