Supervisar la operación diaria del restaurante.Mantener los estándares de calidad de alimentos y bebidas.Gestionar el personal y asegurar la satisfacción del equipo.Implementar políticas y protocolos que fomenten un ambiente de trabajo excelente.Manejar las quejas de los clientes de manera efectiva y profesional.Realizar pedidos de suministros y gestionar el inventario del restaurante.Desarrollar estrategias de marketing para aumentar la visibilidad y atraer nuevos clientes.Cumplir con todas las regulaciones de seguridad y sanidad. ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
