We're looking for a seasoned hospitality professional to lead our vibrant rooftop bar, TOPE, at The Hoxton, Poblenou in Barcelona. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll oversee the team, interact with guests, and embody our brand ethos, which focuses on creating immersive experiences that blend style and value.
Key Responsibilities
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the team, working closely with the Rooftop Manager and Head Chef, coordinating operations, onboarding new staff, creating a positive team atmosphere, handling guest feedback, ensuring food quality, managing inventory, and providing excellent service. We're seeking someone with experience in hospitality, fluent in Spanish and English, with strong technical skills, management abilities, and a flexible approach to work schedules.
