Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Miiro Hotels. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction in our Volta Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Supervision: Coordinate and supervise the team of waiters, assistant waiters, and cleaning staff to ensure they adhere to service standards and restaurant policies.
  • Customer Service: Ensure customers receive exceptional service and resolve any issues that may arise during service, while monitoring customer satisfaction and handling complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience, coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and serving of orders.
  • Cash and Financial Management: Supervise daily financial transactions and ensure proper money handling procedures are followed, preparing daily financial reports and communicating them to the Restaurant Manager.
  • Compliance with Regulations: Ensure the restaurant complies with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, conducting regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a similar position in a high-end or busy restaurant.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
