Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the Food and Beverage experience at our esteemed establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our outlet and contributing to the overall growth of our F&B department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement short and long-term plans to drive F&B sales and revenue growth
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet, including front and back-of-house operations
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and quality
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure financial performance
  • Implement and maintain F&B sales and marketing programs to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service and operational efficiency
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in all aspects of F&B operations

Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive F&B experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • 2+ years of experience in a management role, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in budgeting and forecasting software
