_Inside Sales_ para sus oficinas en Sant Joan Despí.
El objetivo del puesto es integrarte en el equipo de ventas digitales con la finalidad de aumentar las ventas en este canal, colaborando y trabajando en equipo, para alcanzar los objetivos de la compañía.
Responsabilidades:
- Identificarás y desarrollarás nuevas oportunidades de negocio en el mercado B2B.
- Gestionarás una cartera de clientes, asegurándote de que reciban el mejor servicio y atención posible.
- Asesorarás a los clientes sobre la gama de productos que mejor se adecua a sus necesidades.
- Seguimiento de las ventas; plazos de entrega e incidencias; asegurando un servicio
- Trabajarás en colaboración con todo el equipo Digital, especialmente Digital Sales y CX, para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente y el éxito del negocio.
Perfil buscado:
Buscamos a una persona con los siguientes requisitos:
- Experiência previa en ventas digitales o telefónica.
- Experiência previa en B2B, muy variable, si además conoces el sector hotelero sería genial.
- Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y capacidad para establecer relaciones sólidas con los clientes
- Experiência en el uso de herramientas digitales y plataformas de comercio electrónico
- Habilidades analíticas para identificar oportunidades de negocio.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo, y adaptarse a entornos en constante cambio
- Idiomas: castellano, catalán e inglés
