Funciones
- Responsable de la gestión Order to Cash (OTC): gestión de pedidos, facturación, cobros, Off Invoice (promociones)
- Desarrollo y gestión de personas
- Coordinación del equipo: tareas asignadas, horarios, vacaciones
- Supervisar el trabajo del equipo. Assessment bianual/ feedback
- Reunirse con el equipo para compartir el estado del negocio y evolución de objetivos
- Identificar las necesidades de desarrollo del equipo y formación de producto/negocio
- Propuesta y seguimiento de KPI's. Propuesta de plan de acción para consecución v objetivos definidos
- Máximo conocimiento del negocio y productos. Asistir a las reuniones de Ventas/SD y Logística.
- Detección de mejoras y seguimiento
- Velar por prestar un servicio excelente y garantizar la mejor experiência del cliente
- Seguimiento y gestión incidencias en aplicaciones críticas de CS (SAP)
Alcance
- Relaciones con otros Puesto y/o, Departamentos
- Supply Chain: gestión de incidencias logísticas, información de carencias (disponibilidad de producto)
- Equipo de
Ventas Interno:
acuerdos especiales con clientes, incidencias, centralizaciones de pedidos.
- Gestión de facturas: proporcionar información diaria sobre el estado de cobros de los clientes
- Operador Logístico: consultas sobre posibles incidencias
Perfil
- Experiência en Customer Service como coordinador.
- Idiomas: francés, castellano, inglés
- Formación: Diplomatura o Licenciatura
- Conocimiento de los procesos administrativos de OTC y back office (nota de crédito, facturas...)
- Conocimiento de:
- SAP
- SD
- EDI
- Microsoft office (excel)
- Power Point
- Google tools (Gmail, Drive.)
- Conocimiento del sector gran consumo
