Reportando al Director de Ventas Global Internacional sus funciones serán:


Liderar la unidad de negocio y sus actividades junto al equipo ( alrededor 6/8 personas)Gestionar el negocio de marcas blancas y propias.Desarrollo del potencial del comercio minorista español y portugués.Gestión y asesoramiento a clientes.Dirección de todas las actividades del mercado Iberia con el objetivo de aumentar a largo plazo los ingresos y las ganancias.Planificación anual de ingresos y beneficios.Dirección de precios de venta y gestión de negociaciones.


Requisitos:


Experiencia ocupando posiciones de ventas ecomn empresa de gran consumo, cosmética, etc.Experiencia en la gestión de grandes cuentas tanto para introducir marca blanca como marca propia, en retailer de alimentación, tanto en el mercado español como en el portugués.Imprescindible experiencia y conocimiento de la gestión de marca blanca.Experiencia haciendo crecer negocios.Capacidad de liderazgo de equipos, crecimiento negocio, mentalidad innovadora., negociaciónIdioma: Español e Inglés con fluidez. Valorable portugués.
