Reportando al Coordinador de Customer Service, estas serán las funciones:

Funciones:

Seguimiento global del ciclo completo de pedidos (desde la recepción del pedido hasta la entrega del mismo).Apoyo al equipo de Customer Development en los contactos con el cliente final.Garantizar que todas las entradas de pedidos diarias se realicen dentro del plazo logístico.Comunicación con el operador logístico externo para coordinar los movimientos de existencias.Feedback y resolución de las dudas que surjan en el proceso de entrega.Análisis, seguimiento y comunicación de los informes KPI de nivel de servicio para outbound.Responsabilidad del análisis y la gestión de las penalizaciones logísticas.Estrecha colaboración con los equipos de Marketing, Desarrollo de Clientes y Finanzas a nivel Ibérico.

Requisitos (H/M/D):

Licenciatura/Grado en ADE, logística o campo relacionado.Experiencia de al menos tres años en Customer Service, logística o Supply Chain, dentro de multinacional de Gran Consumo. Se valorará experiencia en las categorías de Detergentes e Higiene.Dominio de las herramientas de Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.Experiencia sólida en SAP en los módulos MM y SD; se valorará la experiencia en otros ERP.Experiencia en contacto con cliente final.Experiencia en análisis de stocks, movimientos de stocks y logística inversa.Experiencia en análisis y elaboración de informes de KPI's.Habituado a trabajar en entornos exigentes de multinacional.Dominio del inglés. Se valorará muy positivamente portugués.
