Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team at 2K Games. As a key member of our Customer Service Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of 2K products and services
  • Lead complex customer service incidents and work to resolve them efficiently
  • Interact effectively with customers and internal developers to resolve issues
  • Assist in generating training materials and customer-facing documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with customer service processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with other internal customer service associates to achieve team goals
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Technical proficiency with PCs and gaming consoles
  • Digital literacy, specifically MS Office Suite and G Suite
  • Ability to quickly learn customer service tools and techniques
