About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team at the International Air Transport Association (IATA). As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate information
  • Support business continuity plans and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in training and educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills
  • Identify and escalate improvement opportunities to enhance customer service and overall team performance

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a front office department or customer-facing role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Strong customer service ethics and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Turkish is mandatory; fluency in any other European language is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
