We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team at the International Air Transport Association (IATA). As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Update customer records and maintain accurate information
- Support business continuity plans and ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in training and educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills
- Identify and escalate improvement opportunities to enhance customer service and overall team performance
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a front office department or customer-facing role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- Strong customer service ethics and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Turkish is mandatory; fluency in any other European language is an advantage
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
