Responsabilités :

Vos missions quotidiennes incluront :

  • Commercialiser le dernier produit du client et assurer le suivi du cycle de vente jusqu'à la réservation d'une chambre en passant par plusieurs étapes :

    • Qualifier les prospects selon les critères de notre KYC (Know Your Customer).
    • Identifier les besoins des prospects.
    • Présenter notre proposition de valeur et nos appartements, en veillant à ce que notre solution corresponde aux besoins des prospects.
    • Suivre les clients sur plusieurs canaux : téléphone, email, WhatsApp.
    • Traiter les questions et objections tout au long du cycle de vente.
    • Collecter et vérifier les documents nécessaires à la constitution des dossiers de réservation.
    • Sélectionner les locaux en fonction des critères internes pour maximiser l'harmonie entre les résidents.

  • Stratégie, processus et outils :

    • Participer à l'amélioration de la stratégie B2C, à son exécution et à l'évolution des processus et outils.
    • Recueillir et diffuser en interne les retours des leads pour une amélioration continue.
    • Gérer et maintenir notre CRM Salesforce avec rigueur.

Ce que nous vous proposons :

  • Un contrat à durée indéterminée.
  • Poste à temps plein (39 h/semaine), du lundi au vendredi de 09:00 à 18:00.
  • Salaire de 21 000 euros brut/an + 3 000 euros brut/an de bonus.

Exigences :

  • Excellente communication orale et écrite pour interagir efficacement avec les clients potentiels.
  • Aisance avec un volume important de leads à traiter.
  • Organisé(e), méthodique et résistant(e).
  • Proactif(ve) et prêt(e) à prendre des initiatives pour convertir les leads en clients.
  • Niveau C1 en français et en anglais pour évoluer dans un environnement international.
  • Confort avec les chiffres et appétence pour l'analyse (KPIs et reporting).
  • Confiance en soi et authenticité.
  • Expérience en développement commercial (un plus).
  • Esprit d'équipe et polyvalence.
