Ton rôle sera simple : faire grandir papernest grâce à des outils et process à la fois simples et efficaces.
Le poste de Sales Ops est très transversal, à la croisée des besoins de nombreuses équipes et de plusieurs pays (France, Espagne, Italieâ¦), il te permettra non seulement dâenrichir et de développer fortement tes compétences techniques (CRM, data, code et no-code) mais également de mettre à profit tes qualités de leadership et de gestion de projet.
Tu rejoindras une équipe Sales Ops de 7 personnes, au cÅur de lâentreprise et des enjeux stratégiques de papernest.

- Simplifier et automatiser les processus de vente grâce #growth hacking
- aux méthodologies Lean (Kanban, VSM, etc.)
- aux intégrations APIs des partenaires
- aux workflow no-code (Salesforce Flow, Make, Zapierâ¦)
- Piloter toutes les étapes du déploiement de nouveaux outils ou process #change management
- documenter les nouvelles fonctionnalités
- tester et suivre des développements
- former et accompagner les équipes sur le terrain lors de la mise en production
- Résoudre les incidents opérationnels et techniques du quotidien #support
- Améliorer la performance #KPIs
- Analyser les données de ventes au quotidien grâce aux différents dashboards et analyses ad hoc
- Agir pour corriger les écarts et atteindre les objectifs
- Communiquer les résultats accompagnés principaux stakeholders
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes (product, tech, training, quality, salesâ¦) et les partenaires externes dans le but dâaméliorer les process en mode agile #team work
Pour nous rejoindre en VIE, il est nécessaire de remplir certaines conditions que tu peux vérifier ici.
- Curiosité et envie dâapprendre notamment sur les sujets data et techniques
Le poste de Sales Operations tâemmènera rapidement à maîtriser tous nos outils techniques (Salesforce, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Jira, Githubâ¦)
La connaissance dâau moins un langage de programmation (SQL, Python, Java, JSONâ¦) et dâun CRM (SalesForce, Hubspot) est un réel plus. - Fort esprit dâanalyse
Ãcouter et rationaliser les problématiques, trouver des solutions pragmatiques et rédiger des plans dâaction. - âHands-onâ : Capacité à aller sur le terrain et à réaliser toutes les tâches quotidiennes
- Ownership : Autonomie, capacité à gérer et délivrer plusieurs projets en même temps
- Enthousiaste : Attitude et communication positive, créatif face à la résolution de problèmes
- Coordinateur et travail en équipe
- Solides bases en espagnol (suffisantes pour pouvoir travailler et communiquer avec les équipes et les partenaires)
