👉 We're Hiring: Customer Service International Trainee
Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces change? Join our International Customer Service team as a Trainee and be part of a culture that values resilience, adaptability, and continuous improvement and help us ensure customer satisfaction.
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
Handle orders, customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Integrate and analyse customer data from various channels, maintaining clean and accurate records.
Uphold quality, safety, and compliance standards, contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
💼 Minimum Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the local language and English. Other languages is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing studies in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
Proficiency in Office tools and Basic knowledge in SAP is an advantage.
6 months availability. Possibility of extension or full-time employment based on performance.
