About the Role

Cpm International is seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers, assisting with enquiries and resolving issues related to Dyson products.
  • Utilize leading-edge diagnostic tools and Excel to guide clients in solving issues with their machines.
  • Identify opportunities to promote new and exciting products to customers, while maintaining a strong understanding of Dyson's products and brand values.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.

Requirements

  • Fluent level of written and spoken Swedish.
  • Good level of English to communicate with our international team.
  • Eligibility to work in Spain.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a high-quality experience for customers.
  • Good computer skills and experience with MS Office.
  • Solution-oriented approach to provide the correct and best outcome for the customer.
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize workload with the ability to work under pressure.
