Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Marketing Trainee - EMEA to join our team. As a Customer Marketing Trainee - EMEA, you will play a key role in supporting the localization of promotional materials, managing relationships with affiliates, and coordinating events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Localization of Promotional Materials
    • Request quotes for translations from agencies
    • Upload open files in English to be translated
    • Request changes and modifications
  • Management of Affiliate Relationships
    • Check needs and inform affiliates about new materials available
  • Event Coordination
    • Participate in coordinating events with the country/corporate/G.Viajes
    • Help with logistic details
    • Definition of the process in the system
  • Launches and Congresses
    • Participate in the localization and approval of global versions
    • Manage invoices through the SAP system
    • Support compliance requests
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Support the development of customer testimonials, training decks, presentations, etc.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a strong attention to detail.
