Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reservations Trainee to join our team at Marriott International. As a Reservations Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting with the reservation process, providing exceptional customer service, and learning the ins and outs of hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the reservation process, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing reservations
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Learn and understand hotel operations, including room assignments, rate management, and guest preferences
- Work closely with the reservations team to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of reservations
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in hotel operations and customer service
Requirements
- Current college or university student
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and customer service principles
