¿Cuál será tu rol? 💻

La persona seleccionada será responsable de liderar y gestionar la operativa del equipo de SDR para asegurar su buen funcionamiento y el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales (captación de leads y oportunidades de venta).

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? ✅

▪️ Liderazgo y Supervisión del Equipo de SDRs:

Desarrollar, motivar y liderar un equipo de Representantes de Desarrollo de Ventas (SDRs) para asegurar que alcanzan sus metas individuales y colectivas.Implementar sesiones regulares de formación y desarrollo para mejorar las habilidades de llamada y técnicas de venta del equipo.Supervisar las actividades diarias del equipo, incluyendo el volumen de llamadas, la calidad de las conversaciones y la gestión de leads.

▪️ El/la SDR Manager también gestionará llamadas directamente como parte del equipo.

▪️ Diseñar y optimizar estrategias de prospección y alcance telefónico en cada campaña para maximizar la conversión de leads en oportunidades de venta.

▪️ Gestión de Metas y Rendimiento:

Establecer y seguir KPIs claros y alcanzables para el equipo, enfocándose en métricas como tasa de conversión, número de llamadas efectivas y crecimiento de la cartera de clientes.Analizar el desempeño del equipo y realizar ajustes en la estrategia y tácticas según sea necesario para mejorar los resultados.

▪️ Colaboración:

Facilitar una comunicación fluida entre los SDRs y los equipos de ventas para asegurar un seguimiento efectivo de los leads cualificados.Uso de Tecnología y Herramientas CRM

▪️ Implementar y supervisar el uso efectivo de herramientas de CRM y otras tecnologías de ventas para gestionar leads y monitorear el progreso del equipo.

▪️ Aprovechar datos e informes del CRM para mejorar la toma de decisiones y la estrategia de ventas.

¿A quién estamos buscando? 🔎

Buscamos una persona capaz de trabajar con vocación de servicio, iniciativa y proactividad con excelentes habilidades de trabajo en equipo. Nuestro futuro/a compañero/a contará con formación superior en Marketing.Es imprescindible que la persona seleccionada tenga como mínimo 3 años de experiencia en una posición similar.La persona tendrá conocimientos en CRM y en plataformas de telemarketing.Además, valoraremos muy positivamente que cuente con un nivel de inglés alto.La persona debe contar con movilidad para viajar y visitar a los compañeros/as de otras provincias y centros de trabajo.
