As the global market for ADUs surges towards an estimated value of USD $10.6 billion by 2030, our client is primed for expansive growth and innovation. To spearhead their sales efforts and drive revenue targets, we seek a dynamic and results-driven **SDR Manager / Sales Manager (Remote)**. Your B2C sales expertise and player-coach approach will be pivotal in aligning sales initiatives with the companys ambitious objectives.

- ** Working hours: 8-4 PST**
- Industry: ADUs, Residential Construction, General Contractor, Prop-tech
- Product or service: ADU design and construction in the Greater Sacramento and San Francisco Bay Area
- Company size: 40
- Target market: B2C, Micro developers
- Average deal size: $200,000
- Average sales cycle: 3-6 months

**Responsibilities**:

- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets (**personal and team quota**)
- Meet or exceed personal and team sales KPIs: revenue, conversion rate, close rate
- Contact and **qualify inbound leads through** **"warm" calling (30 leads per day)** with timely follow-ups
- Coach remote SDR team to enhance their skills and product knowledge (5-8 remote sales reps)
- Monitor and analyze sales team metrics to make data-driven decisions
- Perform sales forecasting and submit regular sales reports
- Oversee sales funnel and manage CRM data (Kommo CRM)

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- ** 2+ years in remote sales and customer-facing roles**
- ** 1+ years in remote SDR/sales team management (5-10 team size)**
- ** Excellent communication in English (level C1-C2) and Ukrainian/Russian**
- ** Proven successful track record in B2C sales**
- Excellent people and time management skills
- Excellent analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in using AI, CRMs, dashboards, analytics tools and other software

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ** B2C sales experience in the US market**:

- ** ADU, Construction, Real Estate, or Property Management sales experience**
- ** Player-coach experience in a high-volume sales activities environment**
