Collective Minds is looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative to help drive our sales and grow the business. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads and nurturing relationships with potential customers. You will be responsible for increasing the number of outbound activities & qualifying inbound marketing leads with the purpose of scheduling meetings with potential clients. The position will report to the SDR Manager.
You’ll bring B2B SaaS sales experience in an SDR environment, and you’re ready to advance and grow your career in sales.

**Responsibilities**:
Have detailed knowledge of the Collective Minds Radiology offerings.
Conduct market research and identify potential clients based on ICP criteria.
Nurture leads who have shown interest in our solution & have already engaged with Collective Minds Radiology through our marketing channels.
Qualify leads to high levels of precision and provide detailed analysis of each prospect to the sales team.
Schedule meetings for our Account Executives to further engage with qualified leads.
Collect and maintain prospect information in the CRM database.
Support the Sales team to attain quarterly revenue goals by scheduling meetings with targeted prospects and accounts.
**Desired Skills And Qualifications**:
Native or equivalent proficiency in English and French or German.
2+ years of experience of SDR B2B SaaS sales in a high-paced startup environment.
Proven track record of achieving goals.
Being based in Barcelona or Stockholm
Demonstration of strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management at prospective accounts.
Experience working with SDR tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
