Akens \ Nordburg is looking for a Sales Director Spain (m/f) for a leading German technology company that specializes in measurement technology equipment.


Position based in Barcelona.


As the Sales Director Spain you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Spanish market. You will work closely with the central offices to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key customers, and position the company as a leader in the sector in Spain. You will also be responsible for forecasting sales trends, analyzing market data, and providing insights to the leadership team to inform business decisions.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

Identification and implementation of sales strategies to further develop of the Spanish market.Identification of new business opportunities and market segments and building strong relationships with new customers and business partners in the Spanish market.Building a sales team to achieve sales targets in the different market segments.Planning and executing sales activities, including marketing campaigns, trade fairs and events.Analyzing and providing regular reports and updates to the management team on sales performance and key performance indicators

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in business, or in a related technical fieldSeveral years of professional experience in sales of technical industrial productsStrong analytical skills and experience using data to inform business decisions.Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently and in team in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in Spanish and English (optional German), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
