Desde Claire Joster Executive, seleccionamos para nuestro cliente, importante empresa multinacional, del sector de la fabricación y distribución de productos de alimentación y líder en su sector, un/a Sales Director con especialización en empresas de distribución de productos de alimentación y bebidas.
Reportará al Sales & Mk Managing Director.
Residencia en Barcelona o Madrid.
Funciones principales:
definir y efectuar la estrategia de ventas con su equipo en el sector de empresas de distribución de alimentación y bebidas.definir y ejecutar el proyecto de transformación de la cadena de distribución: planes de acción y puesta en marcha de los mismos (crear una propuesta de valor especifica para cada distribuidor). desarrollar e implementar el plan de ventas y asegurar el stock del producto en todo momento.tener un conocimiento del mercado: competencia, tendencias de consumidores y clientes,.realizar análisis de ventas e indicadores para prever riegos y anticiparse creando planes de acción.gestión del equipo de ventas.relación estrecha con clientes y con lso diferentes stakeholders de la compañía.Experiencia requerida:
experiencia como Sales Manager en el sector de la distribución, preferiblemente en alimentación y bebidas.experiencia en desarrollar e implementar planes estratégicos comercialesexperiencia en proyectos de transformación de cadenas de distribución y digitalización de procesos de ventas (plataformas de ventas, comunicación con clientes, reducción de portfolios, ..)conocimiento de las cadenas de fabricación de alimentos de manera completa.Formación:
Licenciado en Business Administration o Food EngineeringConocimiento del sector de la distribución y ventas B2B producto food, food servises, ingredients o beverage.Ingles alto Disponibilidad para viajar en torno a un 50% Posibilidad de residir en Barcelona o Madrid.-
