Barcelona (Zona Fira)Establecimiento aparthotel y apartamentos turísticos ubicado en el centro de Barcelona (ZonaFira), precisa incorporar:REVENUE & PRICING MANAGEREn dependencia del Director,Responsabilidades:Definir estrategias y políticas comerciales.Pick up diarioForecast Semanal y Forecast de segmentoDiseño y seguimiento del calendario y estrategia de precios del hotel.Monitoritzación de los precios de la competencia.Comparativa de precios y seguimiento y control de las disparidades.Gestión y configuración de ofertas y nuevos servicios a los clientes.Seguimiento de las campañas online Google Hotel Ads i Metabuscadores. Control de lasComisiones.Control de las extranets de las diferentes OTA’s.Contaco con los distintos Market Manager d’OTASBuscar nuevas vías de comercialización del establecimiento.Supervisión de la reputación online.Supervisión de las facturas de comisiones y de los créditos, y gestionar la reclamaciónDe impagados.Perfil:Experiencia mínima de tres años en posición de Revenue Mgr.Formación en turismo, dirección hotelera o afín.Valorable formación complementaria en Revenue Management.Dominio de EXCEL.Uso de las herramientas informáticas: PMS (Tesipro), Siteminder, Witbooking, Beonx,THN, Reviewpro.Idiomas: Imprescindible dominio a nivel oral y escrito de catalán, castellano e inglés.Se valorará muy positivamente el francés.Perfil analítico y orientación a resultados.Se ofrece buen ambiente de trabajo, en entorno laboral con estabilidad, posibilidad deCrecimiento profesional.Formación continua, y propuestas de innovación y mejora.
