Trabajará principalmente en Madrid pero también en otras ubicaciones a nivel nacional (Levante, Canarias, etc.) con el objetivo de conseguir nuevos clientes, realizando prospección, búsqueda de nuevas oportunidades, analizando necesidades, presentando presupuestos, asesorando en los productos y servicios, realizando seguimiento, resolviendo dudas, etc. hasta la aceptación del presupuesto y proyecto.
Requisitos para el puesto:
- Experiencia en posición similar más de 3-5 años.
- Valorable conocimiento técnico de producto contract , materiales de construcción, equipamientos o similar.
- Muy valorable experiencia en proyectos de reforma de hoteles, residencias universitarias, etc.
- Excelente comunicación, proactivadad y habilidades negociadoras y capacidad de desarrollo negocio y captación nuevos clientes.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
