Como Travel Controlling Specialist en Grifols, tu misión será colaborar en la elaboración del presupuesto de Grifols Viajes y realizar tareas de gestión relacionadas con el control presupuestario del área de Travel Agency. Deberás trabajar según las normas contables y los criterios organizativos del Grupo.

Tus Responsabilidades Serán:

Coordinarás la preparación de información financiera, incluyendo costos, presupuestos y previsiones. Gestionarás aspectos administrativos como revisión de facturas, contratos de hoteles y conciliaciones bancarias. Realizarás seguimiento y análisis de contratos, subiendo la documentación relevante al sistema. Estudiarás procedimientos de trabajo para mejorar la eficiencia en la gestión y actualizarás modelos de información. Recogerás, confirmarás y analizarás datos financieros sobre costos de viaje, garantizando la homogeneidad y comparabilidad de la información. Prepararás variaciones mensuales/anuales en costos de viaje y editarás informes mensuales/trimestrales/anuales.

Quién Eres:

Idealmente, tendrías una Titulación universitaria en Administración de Empresas, Finanzas o campo relacionado. Tienes un nivel alto de inglés. Atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar con precisión en entornos con alta carga de trabajo. Habilidad para gestionar eficientemente el tiempo y cumplir con los plazos establecidos. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar de forma colaborativa en equipos multidisciplinarios. Adaptabilidad y capacidad para manejar situaciones de presión de manera efectiva. Idealmente, tienes un uso de Excel avanzado.
