Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our Office Manager team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, including filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
- Exhibit polite and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the Office Service team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Manage office supplies inventory, including checking stock levels, anticipating needs, and expediting orders.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Assist with meetings, including preparation of rooms, catering, and support.
- Stock and maintain offices, including the kitchen.
- Support invoicing and control of internal informatic systems.
- Assist with travel arrangements and coordinate meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Microsoft 365 - Excel (compulsory).
- Tools: SAP - Modulo Pedidos Indirectos (desirable).
Languages
- English: Advanced.
- Spanish: Advanced.
- Catalan: Intermediate/Advanced.
