Job Description

Ambit is seeking a highly skilled Program Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive program management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Planning and Monitoring: Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, ensuring dependencies are identified and effectively managed.
  • Resource Allocation and Management: Identify and allocate resources to support program objectives, ensuring effective utilization and minimizing waste.
  • Financial Management: Assist in all aspects of program financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Vendor and Contract Management: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with program requirements.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain program documentation, including plans, reports, and other relevant materials.
  • Meeting Coordination and Facilitation: Organize and facilitate program meetings, ensuring effective communication and decision-making.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, and manage issues to ensure program objectives are met.
Requirements:
  • Planning and Organization: Proven ability to develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, ensuring dependencies are identified and effectively managed.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with project management tools and software.
  • Language Skills: Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Availability and Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional travel and remote work.
