Technical Product/Program Manager

This role is responsible for leading the planning and execution of complex technical projects and programs in support of the organization's strategic objectives. The Technical Product/Program Manager will drive the orchestration of various technical projects, foster innovation through effective leadership and communication, and serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Define the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap to address problems and opportunities in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Reach across functions or departments to mitigate program risks and resolve issues that affect release, scope, schedule, and quality.
- Drive and track software releases, features, and bug fixes, testing, and documentation.
- Engage with stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, and manage expectations.
- Allocate resources, including personnel and budgets, to ensure project teams have the necessary support to achieve objectives.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet established quality standards and are aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in program/project management, scrum master, professional technology organization, or a related field.
- Preferred certifications: Program Management Professional, Agile Methodology, JIRA, Kanban Principles, Scrum (Software Development).
- Base pay range: $137,000 to $211,000 annually.
- Additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).
