Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet visitors, answer calls, and provide assistance to clients in a professional and polite manner.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to ensure efficient operation of the office, including filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills via phone, email, and mail, and provide information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the operation of office maintenance, including preventive maintenance, equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
