Tareas- Asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales establecidos por la empresa.
- Supervisar el desempeño individual y colectivo del equipo.
- Formación de las nuevas incorporaciones del equipo.
- Visitas y reuniones de cierre y presentación a empresas
- Captación de colaboradores para enriquecer la cartera propia así como la de los comerciales del equipo.
- Supervisar las operaciones diarias de la oficina.
- Planificación y ejecución de las estrategias comerciales alineadas con las políticas de Fedra
- Reportar directamente a la figura del director de marketing y CEO.
- Imprescindible experiencia demostrable en la venta de servicios a empresas así como en la dirección y gestión de equipos comerciales.
- Muy valorable conocimientos del tejido empresarial de la zona de actuación.
- Coche propio.
- Persona con capacidad de liderazgo, toma de decisición, organizada y proactiva.
- Valorable formación universitaria.
- Interés por formar parte de un proyecto en expansión.
- Paquete salarial en función del perfil, constituido por salario fijo + variable.
- Horario flexible, en principio solo dos tardes a la semana.
- Proyecto estable, desarrollo profesional.
