Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Phildex Industries & Dev'T Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives and product knowledge.
  • Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and feedback as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and/or business management with a strong focus on driving sales teams.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well with little supervision.
