Business Development Associate

At M And J Field Workers, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to tailor business strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospital administrators, procurement teams, pharmacy chains, and other healthcare stakeholders.
  • Sales and Negotiations: Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients and negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure new business partnerships.
  • Strategy Development: Work closely with the Business Development Manager to develop and implement sales strategies aimed at penetrating the hospital and drugstore markets.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain up-to-date client information, sales progress, and follow-up activities using CRM software and prepare regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and business development progress.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
  • Knowledge of regional markets and customer demographics.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.
