Sales Associate Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Robinsons, La Union. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and engaging store environment, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers, responding to their queries and providing outstanding service.
• Operate cash registers, manage financial transactions, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge to effectively promote and sell merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting store atmosphere.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
