Desde Manpower Epecializaciones, estamos seleccionando un/a Customer Service Representative con Inglés Alto para un proyecto de 1 año en una compañía internacional comprometida con la excelencia operativa y la satisfacción del cliente.
Funciones principales:

  • Soporte administrativo  a los clientes. Garantizar la satisfacción de los clientes externos y de las partes interesadas internas mediante la correcta tramitación de pedidos, facturas, quejas de servicio y consultas de las partes interesadas internas y de los clientes externos.
  • Procesamiento correcto, eficiente y oportuno de todas las quejas de servicio entrantes (SAP)
  • Responder consultas de clientes internos y externos sobre disponibilidad de productos, precios, tiempos de entrega y estado de los pedidos para que las consultas se aborden con precisión (posventa).
  • Ingresar datos en bases de datos u otros sistemas para mantener registros de clientes actualizados; el estado de pedidos, entregas o actividades; y generar informes y estadísticas de ventas.
  • Responsable de mantener la alta calidad de los datos de SAP y los sistemas relacionados e iniciar cambios en el sistema cuando sea necesario.
  • Comunicación con personal de otras áreas de la organización, como producción, almacén, transporte o distribución, para confirmar el estado de los pedidos y resolver quejas de los clientes.
  • Estar en contacto permanente con Ventas y Marketing.
  • Establecer relaciones sólidas con los clientes a diario
  • Redactar documentación de ventas, propuestas, informes y correspondencia.

  • Experiencia dando Soporte administrativo  a los clientes. Garantizar la satisfacción de los clientes externos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Adaptabilidad: flexibilidad en respuesta a prioridades cambiantes y colaboración en equipo.
  • Orientación al cliente. 
  • Conocimientos básicos de SAP – módulo SD
  • Inglés Alto
